3,878 students and 759 employees took part in the survey which corresponds to approximately 10% of all persons at MU.
“The results of the anonymous online survey show that students mostly care about prices, regardless of the frequency of visits. On the other hand they praised the quality of meals, portion sizes and staff members. The recommendations for improvement included the reduction of the daily menu to four meals in exchange for reduced prices, or the reduction of the operation of the canteens in order to reduce costs,” says SKAS member Tomáš Vojtíšek.
