Can students from other universities also visit the canteen?
Yes, they can. If you are a student of a state or public university and you can prove this fact with a current confirmation of study or an ISIC card with a current sticker, you can purchase a MU meal card and eat in Masaryk University canteens at student prices. The card can be purchased from the manager of any MU canteen for 50 CZK. Registration will also allow you to order lunches via the:
- online application WebKredit,
- mobil application MobilKredit
and also view the current menu with prices for you.
Can the public also visit MU canteens?
Yes, all MU canteens provide meals for the public. Just visit the canteen, choose a dish from the current menu and pay for it at the cash register. You can also purchase a MU meal card for 50 CZK from the office of the manager of any MU canteen, which will allow you to log in to:
- online application WebKredit,
- mobil application MobilKredit.
These applications allow you to view the current menu with prices and order meals.
I am a MU student, but I cannot log in to the WebKredit or MobilKredit applications. After entering my login details, I get an error in the application – “incorrect login details” or “You have been successfully verified, but WebKredit does not have the necessary information about you”, even though I enter them correctly. Where is the problem?
You can log in to the WebKredit and MobilKredit applications only after collecting your student identity card from your study department, which enters you into the meal system. The issuance of the student identity card is preceded by submitting the student identity card application and having your photo taken. The time from submitting the application to issuing the card is approximately a week.
